Shipping policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and KAllinz® understands that getting your items quickly is of utmost importance to you, therefore we make every effort to process your order quickly.

  • Orders received before 2:00 pm will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders received after 2:00 pm will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders received after 2:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that KAllinz® is closed to shipping on the weekends and statutory holidays. 
Orders are delivered between 8-12 business days, however, depending on the destination it may take up to 15 business days.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Contact customer service at support@kallinz.com if you have not received an email shipping confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided when you placed your order. You will also receive an email when your order is out for delivery.

You will also receive an email when your order is delivered. Please track your shipment as KAllinz® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All order cancellations must be made within an hour of placing your order.

 

Free Shipping

KAllinz® offers free International shipping. 

Keep in mind that we will contact you based on your global location to provide additional information. Some shipping carriers require more personal information from the receiver in order to ship the products.

 

Change or Modify Order

We do our best to change or modify orders before the order has shipped. Once your order has been processed, it has entered the shipping process and no further changes can be made.

 

Expedited Delivery

If you need your package urgently, please email our team at support@kallinz.com. We will do our best to expedite your purchase for next-day delivery. Extra shipping charges may apply.

Please note that shipment of your purchase may take longer during a sale due to higher volumes. We will try our best to get your purchase out to you as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

Please track your packages as KAllinz® is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments that have received a delivery confirmation from shipping carriers.

All packages can be left in your mailbox, or at your front door by USPS or FEDEX if no one is available at your home to receive them.
